By using an orange seedling we have been able to create this new, very bright salmon pink and to advance a step in the intensification of pink in irises. Very uniform colour, tangerine beards, very good body and moderately ruffled falls with slightly lacy edges. Numerous buds.

CAPRICE DE STAR
If we had to choose a favourite from the 2012 vintage, without doubt it would be this absolutely pure pink, which remains unchanged until one reaches the coral pink beards. Moderate ruffling but an excellent shape, a real charm to these multitudinous and long-lasting flowers (9 to 10 on average). Good vegetation, beautiful foliage, keeps very well when cut - in brief, an ensemble of qualities rarely found in pink irises.
