Orders are delivered in batches, in strict rotation according to the date we receive them. We send irises from beginning of July until mid-October (these are the best months to plant). Each summer we ship hundreds of thousands of irises, so it is better to order early to be sure to get the varieties you want (popular ones can sell out).

When we send your order confirmation, we suggest a shipping period. If this period does not suit you, please notify us as soon as possible.

Postage and packing to Great Britain is added on as follows:
Orders up to £150: add on £11.50
Orders over £150: add on £13.50

Postage and packing to other European countries or outside Europe are different; and can be substantially higher.  Please enquire before finalizing your order.

We request payment with each order. Make cheques payable to CAYEUX SA (these are banked on receipt). Cheques made out to any variation of this name cannot be cashed by our bank.

The same terms apply to payments made by credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA). We regret that our bank in France will not accept MAESTRO cards or PAYPAL payments.

 Exchange rate
In the printed catalogue and on this website you see the prices in £ sterling, calculated at the time of printing.
Credit card payments are cashed through our French bank Crédit Agricole. Due to the fluctuating exchange rate there may therefore be very slight variations in prices. When you order on line, you will see at the bottom of the Crédit Agricole payment page, the exact exchange rate at the moment you purchase.

Our prices are valid until the end of March 2019.

Trade prices: Please contact us for our trade price list if you are a professional grower.

GUARANTEE : We guarantee all of our plants to be true to name. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, notify us at once upon receipt of your irises. We will, without question, make things right with a replacement. However, we reserve the right to refuse replacements if plants have not been properly cared for once they are delivered or the cultivation instructions have not been followed.

We have been growing irises for over a century on a large scale (20 hectares), in a relatively tough climate, without using too much fertilizer. We always strictly select the varieties, not only for their colours but also for their growth habits: they must be floriferous, drought- and wind-resistant.

We send our plants by courier so the rhizomes arrive fresh. They must be planted within 3 to 5 days of arrival.
