Standards are white with a very slight bluish hue . Almost horizontal, slate-grey falls lightened up by eggyolk yellow beards over a creamish area striated with olive brown lines. Strong stems with an average of 7 buds.

Icy blue standards infused dark blue violet up midribs. Velvety black-purple falls banded light red violet . Unique and captivating variety . Burnt orange beards . Strong growth, Though moderate count of buds (5 to 7), we do like it. (Black 2012)

Sulphur yellow standards and maroon-purple falls with a narrow yellow border. Brassy yellow beards. It produces many compact flowers of moderate size (7 to 10 per stalk) and often 2 to 3 stems per fan. Extremely vigorous growth.

Brother from the same sowing as ‘Masque Noir ’with slightly smoky yellow standards, and falls have a white ground which is edged, as well as almost entirely dusted with purple-violet; standards are thin at the base allowing the long orange beards to show. Very interesting and new! (Cayeux seedling 12 319 A).

A touch of fantasy among the two-tones: pale yellow standards and lilac-pink falls with golden yellow beards. Flowers edged with billowing indented ruffles. Strong stems with numerous count of buds (8 to 10).

This is the result of the search for perfection in blue-red bearded irises. It is a pure light blue with orange-red beards. In addition to the purity of the colour, its growth habits, shape of the flowers and count of buds are excellent.
