Very, very original seedling of ‘Ciel et Mer’ and ‘Tour de France ’! Milky white standards and deep mauve falls turning to medium metallic blue under orange-yellow beards shouldered by light green bronze. Good branching and 7 buds on average. (Cayeux seedling 11 214 A).

Description |
Pale pink standards discretely edged with pale lavender, mid-violet falls with a central creamy-white line. Tangerine beards surrounded with white. "Garnement" is the brother of "Irisades" which was introduced in 2008 and has a similar very modern shape with firm, almost horizontal falls. Sturdy stems carrying an average of 8 buds. | Gracefully shaped flowers with sky blue standards and darker blue-violet plicata markings on ruffled ivory falls. Popular iris, prize-winner several times despite a moderate average count of buds (only 5 to 6). | Pure white standards and white falls with a wide pure mid-blue border. Pale yellow beards. Excellent grower and bloomer. "Alizes" gained the RHS Award of Garden Merit in 2000. | As warm as the south of Spain: bright and pure yellow standards and velvety red falls.
