GOT THE MELODY

A pleasing descendant of 'Happenstance' showing pale pink standards and pinkish white falls which are peach toned around bright red-orange beards. Delicately jagged edging. Excellent branching and strong growth.

Quite simply: an excellent iris! Creamy white standards and wide, pure white falls with graceful regular waves. The lemon beards, adorned with two bright lemon marks illuminate the centre of the flower. Very free-flowering and really vigorous.

Gold standards. Falls the same but streaked and peppered with brown. Yellow beards. Not a common variety but should be attractive for collectors.

Very pale lavender standards amply sanded with small lavender dots, pure white ground falls with a deep violet border. White beards tipped orange, surrounded by short violet veins. Border bearded iris, excellent branching and 10 buds per stem.

Aiming for green amoenas: standards between lavender white and greyish white. Light tawny falls tending toward green. Brownish orange beards. On average 9 large, frilled flowers. Excellent branching.

Bred from our long lineage of "black and white" iris. White, only slightly toned lavender standards. Falls close to horizontal are of a velvety black with a tiny amethyst edging. The throat is white, striated with crimson surrounding dark orange beards. Quite different from 'Domino Noir'! 7 buds/stalk. (Cayeux seedling 06 117 A)
