We hesitated for a long time whether to introduce this iris, but lots of iris lovers urged us that we should... So here is an amoena with mid-grey rather than white standards. The golden yellow beards light up the grey of the nearly horizontal falls. Certainly an unusual colour, but original, and would have its place in many a garden. 5 to 6 buds.

Very large, original amoena with pure white standards and copper beige falls finely edged with cream. Pale yellow beards and styles. Very wide flowers (11.5cm x 16.5cm) remain in proportion to the foliage. Excellent!

A really warm and elegant two-toned red: pinkish red standards; deep crimson falls with a velvety feel and a very fine pink seam. Beards are coral-red. Good branching with an average of 7 buds/stalk.

One of the most innovative American introductions since 2000! White ruffled standards and falls with a white center and a very broad navy blue border (at least 3 cm) which gently washes the edges of the white central spot. Yellow beards. Most interesting for iris breeders.

Descendant of "Dreamsicle", this delightful very light peach pink turns to cream below the apricot beard. The petals boast an exquisite lacy crimped edging. Probably the latest flowering variety. (6 to 8 buds) per stem.

Almost red, white and blue... Bluish white standards, broad and round deep blue-violet falls marbled with white, and a final touch: red beards on a white central spot. Tall stems with perfectly shaped flowers. The same quest of a « patriotic » iris on the other side of the Atlantic!
