              A strongly coloured iris which we are proud to name after a great French courtier! Soft yellow standards above falls of the same yellow with a wide, raspberry red border, strongly waved like the folds of a courtier's costume. Large flowers carried on tall, well-branched stems.

The medium-sized flowers are pleasantly but not excessively waved. Numerous buds per stalk, at least 10, ensure a long flowering period. Quite compact foliage.
